Exposha Terms of Service

Welcome to Exposha — where curated escapes are designed around the way you travel.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of exposha.com and the services provided by Exposha Ltd as a travel design platform. Please read them carefully before browsing, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a personalized escape.

Exposha curates multiday travel experiences and design-led itineraries across handpicked destinations. We connect you with vetted local hosts, properties, and experience providers — but we do not operate as a traditional travel agency, tour operator, or online booking platform. In most cases, you reserve and pay partners directly once your escape is ready.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Exposha Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Data Policy, which explain how we handle your personal information.

By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, completing our personalized escape form, or using any Exposha service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

About Exposha and Our Services

Exposha Ltd ("Exposha", "we", "us", or "our") operates exposha.com as a travel design and experience curation platform. Understanding what we do — and what we do not do — is essential before using our services.

Travel design and curation
We compose personalized escapes — typically two to eight days — based on the preferences you share. We curate destination spotlights, experience listings, and travel guides, and we connect you with local partners who deliver the services that make up your journey.
Personalized escape planning
Through our multi-step planning form, you tell us how you travel — party size, dates, destinations, budget, pace, and accommodation style. Our team uses this information to design a bespoke itinerary proposal, usually within 24–48 hours.
Partner introductions
When you approve a proposal, we introduce you to the vetted hotels, guides, wellness retreats, or experience hosts involved. From that point, your relationship with the partner is direct.
What we do not do
Exposha does not typically handle bookings, payments, cancellations, or refunds on your behalf. We do not act as an agent, insurer, or guarantor of travel outcomes. Reservations and financial transactions are made directly between you and the relevant travel partner unless we explicitly state otherwise.
No booking fees from Exposha
We do not charge booking fees for connecting you with partners. Any deposits, balances, or payments are set by and paid to the partner directly. Your investment goes toward the experience itself.

02

How the Exposha Planning Process Works

Our process is designed to be personal, unhurried, and transparent. By submitting a planning request, you understand and agree to the following stages:

Timelines vary depending on destination complexity and partner availability. We will communicate expected timeframes when you submit your request, but we do not guarantee that every proposed itinerary can be fulfilled at your preferred dates or budget.

Discover
You share your travel preferences through our form or a direct enquiry. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Design
Our team composes an itinerary proposal based on your preferences. Proposals are recommendations — not confirmed bookings — until you agree terms directly with the relevant partner.
Connect
When you approve a design and consent to partner sharing, we introduce you to the partners involved. You then communicate, negotiate, and confirm arrangements directly with them.
Experience
You travel with the partners you have booked. Exposha remains available to assist with communication where appropriate, but the partner is responsible for delivering the services you have booked.

03

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a personalized escape request on your own behalf. If you are planning travel that includes minors, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are authorized to provide their information.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users, partners, or the integrity of our platform.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy — for example, records related to completed enquiries or tax obligations.

04

Your Responsibilities When Using Exposha

When you use our platform, you agree to the following standards of conduct and accuracy:

Provide accurate travel information
Share truthful and complete details in enquiry forms and planning requests — especially travel dates, party composition, ages of children, dietary requirements, mobility needs, and budget. Inaccurate information may result in unsuitable proposals or partner arrangements that cannot be fulfilled.
Use the platform lawfully
Access Exposha only for lawful purposes related to travel planning. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content without permission, reverse-engineer our platform, or interfere with its operation.
Respect intellectual property
Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our curated content — including itineraries, photography, travel guides, and escape descriptions — without our prior written consent.
Treat partners with respect
Once introduced to a travel partner, your relationship with them is direct. Treat hosts, guides, and properties with the respect they deserve. Exposha welcomes feedback about partner experiences but is not responsible for partner conduct beyond our vetting standards.
Consent to data sharing
When you approve an itinerary and tick the consent boxes in our planning form, you authorize Exposha to share relevant personal and travel details with the partners involved in your escape, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Policy.
Comply with partner terms
Once you book with a partner, their terms and conditions — including cancellation, payment, and conduct policies — apply to that booking. You are responsible for reading and accepting those terms before confirming any reservation.

05

Partner Services and Third Parties

Exposha works with independent third-party providers — boutique hotels, wellness retreats, safari lodges, private guides, and experience hosts — who deliver the services that make up your escape. Important distinctions apply:

Independent providers
Partners are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Exposha. We vet partners before listing them, but each partner is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their services.
Separate booking contracts
Your booking with a partner creates a direct contractual relationship between you and that partner. Exposha is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the partner's performance, cancellations, refunds, or disputes arising from the booking itself.
Availability and pricing
Escape listings, availability indicators, and prices displayed on Exposha are based on information supplied by partners or our team's research. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details — including availability, pricing, or inclusions — are current at the time you book. Final terms are confirmed by the partner.
Cancellations and refunds
Exposha does not handle cancellations or refunds. These are governed entirely by the partner's policies, which they will explain when you book. We encourage you to review cancellation terms carefully before making any payment.
Travel documentation
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and any other documentation required for your destination. Exposha may assist with general guidance but does not guarantee entry to any country or participation in any activity.
Third-party links
Our site may contain links to external websites — partner sites, destination resources, or social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability, or terms of third-party sites.

06

Fees and Payments

Browsing Exposha, reading travel guides, exploring destinations and experiences, taking our travel mood quiz, and submitting a personalized escape request is free unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific premium service.

When you book with a travel partner, all financial terms — including deposits, payment schedules, currencies, taxes, service charges, and refund conditions — are set by that partner and agreed directly between you and them. Exposha does not hold your funds, process partner bookings, or act as a payment intermediary unless clearly indicated at the point of transaction.

Prices displayed on Exposha — including budget ranges in our planning form and indicative rates on escape listings — are guides only. Final pricing is confirmed by the partner at the time of booking and may differ based on dates, availability, and inclusions.

You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or international transaction costs incurred when paying a partner directly.

07

Listings, Travel Guides, and Content Accuracy

Exposha publishes curated content to inspire and inform travelers. While we take care in what we publish, the following applies:

Curated, not guaranteed
Destination spotlights, experience descriptions, travel guides, and escape listings represent our editorial curation based on partner information and our team's research. They are intended as inspiration and guidance, not guarantees of specific outcomes.
Photography and descriptions
Images and descriptions aim to represent experiences accurately, but actual conditions — weather, seasonal variations, renovation works, or local changes — may differ. We recommend confirming specific details with the partner before booking.
Travel guides and blog content
Our travel guides reflect the authors' experiences and research at the time of writing. Information such as opening hours, prices, and local regulations may change. Always verify critical details independently before traveling.
User feedback
If you share reviews, testimonials, or feedback with us, you confirm that your comments are honest and based on your genuine experience. We may use this content as described in our Intellectual Property section.

08

Intellectual Property

All content on exposha.com — including text, photography, videography, itineraries, logos, brand design, travel guides, escape descriptions, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is owned by Exposha or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may browse our content and share links to Exposha pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, scrape, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

The Exposha name, logo, and associated branding may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any way that disparages or discredits Exposha.

If you submit feedback, reviews, testimonials, photographs, or other content to Exposha, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services, marketing, and platform — unless you notify us in writing that you wish to restrict such use.

09

Newsletters and Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in to marketing communications, you agree to receive travel inspiration, destination updates, and promotional content by email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time without affecting our ability to respond to an active escape enquiry.

Transactional communications — such as confirmations that we received your planning request, itinerary proposals, or responses to your enquiries — are not marketing messages and will be sent regardless of your marketing preferences, as they are necessary to deliver the service you requested.

10

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Exposha is a travel design platform, not an insurer, guarantor, or booking agent. Please read this section carefully before using our services.

Platform provided "as is"
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every proposed escape will meet your expectations — though we work diligently to design experiences that do.
Inherent travel risks
Travel involves inherent risks including illness, injury, property loss, delays, political instability, natural events, and changes in local conditions. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance, health clearances, vaccinations, and visas for your destination and activities.
Force majeure
Neither Exposha nor our partners are liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest. In such cases, partner cancellation policies apply to any confirmed bookings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exposha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of our platform or from services delivered by third-party partners — including loss of enjoyment, loss of profits, or emotional distress related to travel.
Cap on liability
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to Exposha in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Mandatory rights preserved
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exposha Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, or any dispute between you and a travel partner to the extent caused by your actions or omissions.

12

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Exposha at any time. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately if you breach these Terms, provide false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if we reasonably believe your continued access poses a risk to other users, partners, or the platform.

Termination of your Exposha account does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination — including partner bookings already confirmed, payment obligations to partners, or our right to retain records as required by law.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply after your access ends.

13

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Exposha shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also refer disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We always prefer to resolve concerns directly. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at the details below and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address your concern.

15

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Exposha after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email before the changes take effect. We recommend reviewing this page before submitting a new planning request or creating an account.
